CANTONESE BBQ PORK (CHINESE COOKING Japanese Style)

INGREDIENTS (for 4):
- 1 kg pork loin or fillet 豚肩ロース

SAUCE :
- 500 gr sugar 砂糖
- 200 ml soy sauce(しょうゆ)醤油
- 50 ml Chinese rice wine(Shao Xing)
- 1 egg 卵
- 2 tbsp miso みそ
- 1 tbsp sesame oil ごま油

METHOD:
1. Cut the pork into 4 pieces, 2 cm thick so that seasoning will remain
    and heat will go through throughly.
2. Throughly mix the ingredients of the sauce until sugar is melted.
3. place the pork into large bowl and mix with the sauce by hand.
    Mix well to season and leave for 1 hour.(stir the sauce a few times).
4. Place the pork on grill net/tray.
   (if you use foil wrap, it will be easier to clean up later.)
    Place the pork in oven.
5. Bake in the oven at 250°c for about 20 minutes.
    Turn over and bake another 5 minutes.
