INGREDIENTS :
- 250 GR steamed rice
- 1 piece (100 gr) salted salmon
- 1 egg
- ¼ spring onion (finely sliced)
- 1 leaf lettuce (finely sliced)
SEASONING:
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- A dash pepper
METHOD:
1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok on medium heat.
Fry both sides of salmon slowly.
Remove skin and bone and divide into fragmented portions.
2.Heat 2 tbsp of oil and pour in beaten egg. Wait until egg is almost-cooked.
In the following order, add rice, salmon, spring onion, and seasoning.
Stir as if fragmenting the mixture. Add lettuce last and stir quickly.
